After graduating with a degree in communications and marketing, I found myself trapped in a dead-end job, earning just $16 an hour at a grocery store. I was looking for other jobs out of college while I was working at the grocery store and I knew I didn’t want to be stuck behind a desk or making a salary of 50-70K out of college. Feeling broke and discontent, I knew I was destined for more than the mundane 9-to-5 grind. Then, I stumbled upon Independent Adjusting.

Starting out in this industry was daunting. I faced my first claim with a blank mind, but drawing on my athlete mentality, I refused to give up. I said YES to every opportunity, even when I felt clueless. As I was going through the process, I searched high and low for some sort of direction. A path. A guide. Someone to say, "Here's what I wish I'd have known when I started." I often stared at my computer screen and asked, “What is the next step from here? What the heck is this type of roof, how do I even write for this ? Made calls after calls to find the right people to help me through it. After getting my feet wet and doing well, I found myself handling large commercial claims worth millions of dollars.

Adjusting became my passion, my forte. With my system I built, I'm running 45+ claims a week, earning $20,000+ weekly.
